Golden Salted Egg Crab
A whole mud crab wok-tossed in a dry-style salted egg yolk gravy, with curry leaves and a hint of chilli padi. It came with National Day wording and was still listed as a limited-time special in October 2026.

Chef Don Lim founded Don Pie and co-founded Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab, where the pies are baked today under the DonChef name. The recipe for the Original Chicken Pie is the one he dates to 1983. We bake at 39 Tyrwhitt Road in Jalan Besar and sell at four takeaway kiosks.
